DJ Grin Impacts Nursery and Primary School

DJ Grin Nursery and Primary School established by DJ GRIN Youth Impacts Africa Foundation was born out of a passionate commitment to improve education standards for children in rural Uganda. Situated in Rugashari Town Council, Kagadi District, in the heart of Mid-Western Uganda, the school stands as a beacon of hope for families seeking affordable, quality education for their children.

Understanding the unique challenges faced by rural communities, the school operates on a community-based model where school fees are kept extremely low and mutually agreed upon by the Foundation and parents. These modest contributions are transparently used to facilitate teacher salaries and cover essential administrative expenses, ensuring that the school remains both sustainable and impactful.

At the core of the school’s philosophy is the belief that education is a powerful tool to break the cycle of poverty. The Foundation is committed to nurturing a generation of visionary, morally upright, and self-reliant learners, empowered not only with academic knowledge but also with skills and values to thrive in life.
